Weller Millennium is a limited-edition whiskey released by Buffalo Trace Distillery in June 2024. This unique expression is a blend of straight wheated bourbon and wheat whiskeys distilled in 2000, 2003, 2005, and 2006, with the following composition: 3% from 2000, 50% from 2003, 40% from 2005, 7% from 2006.

Bottled at 99 proof (49.5% ABV), Weller Millennium is presented in a handcrafted crystal decanter with a custom-made crystal topper, all housed in an illuminated display case featuring 99 bursts, symbolizing its proof. The suggested retail price for this release is $7,500.
Tasting notes highlight a rich nose with deep caramel, Luxardo cherry, aged vanilla bean, cinnamon, toasted King's Hawaiian rolls, and deep leather notes. The palate offers flavors of almost burnt caramel, Granny Smith apple, Luxardo cherry, toasted rolls, cinnamon, and crème brûlée, leading to a long finish dominated by antique oak, leather, and lingering sweet notes.

The O.F.C. 1995 is a limited-edition bourbon released by Buffalo Trace Distillery. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2020, this 25-year-old bourbon is part of the distillery's prestigious O.F.C. Vintage series, named after the original "Old Fashioned Copper" distillery.

The bourbon is bottled at 90 proof and presented in a crystal decanter with inlaid copper lettering, housed in a wooden display case. Upon its release, approximately 1,500 bottles were made available.
